What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality preventive and therapeutic hygiene care across multiple Midwest Dental practices
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment needs, and long-term care
- Partner with doctors and teams to support comprehensive treatment planning
- Adapt quickly to different office environments while maintaining consistency in patient care
- Build trust with patients and team members across all locations
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
What You’ll Need
- Active Dental Hygienist license (state-specific)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical and patient education skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a team-first mindset
- Ability to travel between nearby practice locations

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
- Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
- Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
- Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
- Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For
- A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
- Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
- A current CPR certification
