Travel Dental Hygienist (Full-Time or Part-Time)

What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality preventive and therapeutic hygiene care across multiple Midwest Dental practices
  • Educate patients on oral health, treatment needs, and long-term care
  • Partner with doctors and teams to support comprehensive treatment planning
  • Adapt quickly to different office environments while maintaining consistency in patient care
  • Build trust with patients and team members across all locations
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards

What You’ll Need

  • Active Dental Hygienist license (state-specific)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong clinical and patient education skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a team-first mindset
  • Ability to travel between nearby practice locations

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do 

  • Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.  
  • Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.  
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.  
  • Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.  
  • Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For 

  • A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes. 
  • Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
  • A current CPR certification
