As a Night Auditor, you'll be the face of our resort during overnight hours — delivering exceptional guest service while managing the hotel's nightly financial reconciliation and front desk operations.

If you're a detail-oriented hospitality professional who thrives in an independent, overnight environment, we want to hear from you.

  • Deliver outstanding guest service throughout the overnight shift, including warm and professional check-in and check-out
  • Serve as the primary overnight point of contact for all guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests
  • Manage and verify room reservations, room assignments, and room rate accuracy across the property
  • Perform the complete nightly audit process, including reconciling daily financial transactions, posting room rates and taxes to guest folios, and balancing accounts
  • Run and organize daily reconciliation reports as directed by the Accounting and Lodging departments
  • Prepare and distribute overnight operational reports to set up day shift teams for success
  • Respond to and coordinate with security and maintenance staff as needed during the overnight shift
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on all Sunday River resort products, services, amenities, and on-mountain activities
  • Handle all phone inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and respond
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous hotel front desk, night audit, or hospitality experience preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; experience with a Property Management System (PMS) such as Springer Miller Systems
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with basic financial reconciliation tasks
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced overnight environment
  • Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

Compensation & Benefits

  • Wages range from $17 to $20  per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth and advancement within Sunday River's Lodging department.
  • Seasonal Team Member perks include:
  • Free ski and golf pass for self, and additional passes for dependents of full-time Team Members.
  • Resort discounts on lessons, equipment rentals, dining, lodging, retail, and spa.
  • Eligibility for affordable Team Member housing.
