Job Description
The Sales Team Lead is responsible for driving team performance, coaching sales representatives, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. This role focuses on daily operations management, performance improvement, and developing a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed targets
  • Monitor daily performance metrics (sales, conversion, AHT, productivity) and ensure goals are met
  • Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and regular performance reviews
  • Conduct call listening sessions and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support the onboarding and training of new hires
  • Handle escalations and provide resolutions for complex customer concerns
  • Collaborate with QA, Training, and Operations to drive continuous improvement
  • Prepare and present performance reports and insights to management
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a sales leadership role in a BPO setup
  • Amenable in working onsite
  • Willing to work on a night shift
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
