POSITION SUMMARY

Under minimal supervision, delivers and stocks product at customer locations on an assigned route. The product is Hispanic branded meats and cheeses.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

•Maintain store shelf standards and inventory through various merchandising strategies, including product rotation; ensure pricing matches current promotions and that marketing materials are displayed.

•Protect and gain shelf space for Bar-S products by stocking bunkers and promotional spaces; optimize brand presence in designated areas.

•Unload product at customer locations and stock according to specifications; collect signed receipt documents per company policy.

•Provide excellent customer service; assess customer needs to recommend products and maintain strong relationships.

•Load truck at distribution center; acknowledge and sign for product from DC or carriers.

•Perform accounts receivable duties including issuing/reviewing invoices and credit memos; follow procedures for inventory proof of delivery and returns; receive payment for delivered product.

•Inspect vehicle and maintain driver records, plates, insurance, and routine maintenance; report mechanical issues, accidents, or driving violations.

•Other duties as assigned.
