Position Overview

Frozen Ropes is seeking a National Director of Business Development to drive revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and support expansion into new licensed locations.

This is a key leadership role focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and helping scale the Frozen Ropes brand into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Identify and develop opportunities for new licensed locations 
  •  Support outreach, qualification, and onboarding of new partners/operators 
  •  Drive participation across camps, clinics, and training programs 
  •  Represent Frozen Ropes at events and within the community 
What We’re Looking For

  •  Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or expansion roles
  •  Proven ability to generate revenue and build strategic relationships 
  •  Strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset 
  •  Organized, proactive, and results-driven 
  •  Strong project management skills 
  •  Proficiency in Excel and business tools 
Schedule

  •  Full-time (Monday–Friday) 
  •  Some evenings and weekends required for events 
  •  Occasional travel for partnerships and expansion
