Position Overview
Frozen Ropes is seeking a National Director of Business Development to drive revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and support expansion into new licensed locations.
This is a key leadership role focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and helping scale the Frozen Ropes brand into new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop opportunities for new licensed locations
- Support outreach, qualification, and onboarding of new partners/operators
- Drive participation across camps, clinics, and training programs
- Represent Frozen Ropes at events and within the community
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or expansion roles
- Proven ability to generate revenue and build strategic relationships
- Strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and business tools
Schedule
- Full-time (Monday–Friday)
- Some evenings and weekends required for events
- Occasional travel for partnerships and expansion
