JOB TITLE:          Lead Application Developer

 

LOCATION:         2140 Lake Park Blvd, Richardson, TX 75080 (Hybrid role, may work from home)         

 

DUTIES:   

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies.
  • Define and enforce coding standards, architecture best practices, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Provide technical direction, mentorship, and code review guidance to developers and junior team members.
  • Drive modernization of legacy applications toward microservices, cloud-readiness, or clean architecture models.
  • Design, develop, and maintain web and API-based applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Web API.
  • Write optimized SQL Server code including stored procedures, views, triggers, and performance tuning.
  • Implement responsive UI using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end libraries (React/Angular optional).
  • Maintain and enhance SSRS reports and other reporting deliverables.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely and quality delivery of sprint goals.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to ensure business alignment.
  • Manage code branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
  • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability through proactive testing and monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot complex application and database issues in production environments.
  • Manage documentation of technical design, user guides, and support handovers.

REQUIREMENTS:  

  • Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or as a Software Developer, Programmer Analyst, Senior Software Engineer, Project Lead, or in a related/similar position.
  • Experience therein to 6 years in the following:
    • Designing, developing, and supporting mobile and web-based applications, including background processes, reports, and SQL stored procedures;
    • .NET ecosystem, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework; 
    • Developing front-end and back-end applications;
    • Maintaining database objects including Stored Procedures, Functions, Jobs in Microsoft SQL;
    • Developing or supporting mobile application, including iOS Native, and Xamarin;
    • Ensuring application responsiveness, developing security and data protection measures, and supporting future development initiatives;
    • Code reviews, debugging code, automating tasks through scripting, and designing and writing reports using SSRS; and
    • Collaborating with internal and external teams.

 

Hybrid role, ability to work from home

 

RATE OF PAY: $152,239.15 -172,000.00/year
