RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Maintain overall accuracy and timeliness of all third party billing
• Billing for all Medicaid programs, help resolve Medicaid eligibility issues and other billing issues as needed
• Prepare liability letters as needed
• Keep department heads informed of Medicaid eligibility/expiration
• Follow up on all non-current accounts receivable balances
• Produce, review and distribute a monthly aged A/R analysis; investigate unpaid billings with department heads and contact funding sources
• Process and track food stamps for all Residences
• Coordinate with department heads on any billing matters and assist with budget inquiries

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years’ Accounts Receivable experience
• Experience with OPWDD programs highly preferred
