Your mission in a few words  

Drive financial performance and strategic decision-making through comprehensive analysis of sales, margins and profitability across various business dimensions, while actively identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for business growth and optimization. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the business by driving strategic decisions and optimizing financial performance.

What would you do? 

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of sales performance, margins and profitability across various business dimensions such as commercial divisions, product families, markets, and channels.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities within current reporting workflows using BI tools and AI applications to minimize manual data processing and maximize analysis time.
• Analyze market reports and benchmark against company performance to identify strategic insights.
• Monitor alerts and commercial recommendations, actively generating business opportunities.
• Conduct pricing analysis and develop rates based on cost structures, strategic product positioning, and sales channel dynamics.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of the commercial structure, including the calculation of incentives to drive desired behaviors.
• Manage and analyze Profit & Loss statements for different business units, focusing on key drivers and areas for improvement.
• Lead the preparation of division budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets. 

The Baker we’re looking for 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or economics. 
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in multinational environments, experience in the industrial and/or FMCG sector is advantageous. 
• Proficiency in English (C1 level). 
• Positive attitude and collaborative approach to resolving business challenges. 
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with Data Visualization tools (e.g. Tableau). A strong interest in leveraging Generative AI to enhance financial analysis and departmental productivity
