Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
 
  • Work in the Belmont University pharmacy as the pharmacist on duty
  • Supervise any technicians and
    student workers present when on duty
  • Precept pharmacy students in
    the Belmont University pharmacy when on duty
  • Work as-needed shifts as required
    for pharmacy staffing needs
  • Other duties as assigned by
    the Pharmacy Manager
Required Qualifications:

      licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Tennessee and be in good standing
      with the Board of Pharmacy in Tennessee
    • Ability to work effectively

      as-needed/short notice situations strongly preferred
    • Experience working in a
      fast-paced environment and the ability to respond to high-pressure situations
    • Ability to thrive in an

    Required EducationPharm.D. from an accredited school of pharmacy in the USA
      
    Required ExperienceCurrent/recent community or college-health pharmacy practice experience strongly preferred.



    The selected candidate will be required to complete a background check satisfactory to the University.
