About the Role:

The Administrative Assistant will report to the Manager - Board Support, and will provide general administrative support to the office.

This is a varied and multi-tasking role which involves providing general administrative support across various teams (corporate and liquidations services, private clients, commercial trusts and corporate secretarial/board support services).


Job Duties in Brief:

  • Ensure the smooth functioning and organisation of the filing system following established policies and procedures (including addressing active and inactive/archive client files)
  • Handle all mail and courier packages, and responsible for stationery supplies,
  • Communicate with both internal and external clients, completion of internal checklists and protocols and attending to small general projects. 


About You:

  • High school graduate with strong English and Math skills and be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Minimum of two years’ work experience in the financial services industry;
  • Able to prioritize and use initiative, pay attention to detail and work to tight deadlines; Able to multi-task and work in a customer centric, fast paced environment;
  • Able to work well within a team environment and with minimal supervision; and
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
