Gulf Coast Getaways Vacation Rentals is expanding, and we’re looking for reliable, detail-driven Property Inspectors to join our team! This is not a construction or repair inspection role—instead, you will be the final set of eyes ensuring each vacation rental is perfectly prepared for guest arrivals.
As an Inspector, you will enter properties after the cleaners have finished and verify that every home meets our high standards for cleanliness, presentation, staging, and guest readiness. Your work helps create the first impression guests experience—and we genuinely value that level of responsibility.

What You’ll Do
- Inspect vacation properties after cleaning is complete
- Ensure each home meets Gulf Coast Getaways’ cleanliness and staging standards
- Confirm linens, amenities, and supplies are properly stocked
- Report any issues that need correction
- Communicate clearly with cleaners and operations staff
- Work efficiently during fast-paced turnover days

Requirements
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to commute between Pensacola & Navarre
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Professional, courteous communication skills
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods working indoors and outdoors
- Frequent walking throughout properties
- Ability to ascend and descend stairs or ladders as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Schedule
Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
Work schedules vary based on turnover needs. Weekend work required.
