- Support GAM/RAM/NAM/field sales’ sales activities, mainly:
- Coordinate client appointments
- Support opportunity & lead management for salespersons
- Support customer planning/forecasting/budgeting
- Identify and qualify leads
- Support sales contract management
- Support CRM and system nursing
- Manage the interface to Products/Operations in case of complaints
- Retrieve quotations from Product and collect general market/customer intelligence
- Support BD team with promotions and campaigns
- Support ‘House accounts’ profitability expectation
- Quotes and RFI submissions support
- Presentation preparation and document submission support
- Selected House Accounts quoting and follow up
- Analytics and Spreadsheet management - profitability (Proffit / Loss / shipment Reports)
- Shipment Reports and other customer data analysis
- Quote and Tariff updates
- Regional Lead generation and management
- Sales Team Follow Ups – Meeting closures, KPI measurements, deadline meetings
- Other tasks and responsibilities which may be assigned as and when required by your supervisor / manager
