Summary/Objective:
As our Marketing and Engagement Coordinator, you will coordinate marketing campaigns, manage our online reputation, and support our Voice of the Member efforts. This role is ideal for a collaborative marketer who enjoys making a meaningful impact while supporting our mission of people helping people.
This role will help build and support marketing plans and campaigns that promote IMCU products, services, and community efforts across all channels, driving new memberships, deposits, and loans.
This role will also support our reputation management program by monitoring and responding to online reviews and supporting Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives. It will analyze survey results, identify trends and insights, and partner across teams to improve the member experience and support strategic business goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:

- Build marketing plans and support the execution of campaigns promoting our credit union, products, services, sponsorships, and community initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing support for community events and sponsorships.
- Oversee referral program campaigns and provide operational support to drive new memberships.
- Lead survey management for Net Promoter Score.
- Coordinate our online reputation management including monitoring, reporting, and responding to member reviews.
- Track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize future efforts. Support digital tracking including UTM codes and website cookies.
- Support special projects as needed.
Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Experience building and managing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and basic automation using platforms such as HubSpot or Delivra
- Familiarity with reputation management and Net Promoter Score programs and tools such as Birdeye or Medallia
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms, website content management systems, and marketing or project management tools such as Freedcamp or Basecamp

Required education and experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of marketing experience with experience in credit union, bank, or financial services marketing preferred.
- Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player with a positive, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Comfortable learning new digital tools.
- Positive, member‑focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
