🧾 Role Overview

SSH Design is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead design excellence and oversee the delivery of high-profile projects across the UAE.

This role requires a strong design leader with extensive regional experience who can manage projects from concept through execution while ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards.

💼 Experience Requirements

• 15+ years of overall architectural experience
  
• 
  Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE
• 
  Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead architectural design and project delivery from concept to completion
  
• 
  Manage and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, structural, consultants)
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, etc.)
• 
  Oversee design development, documentation, and approvals
• 
  Engage with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• 
  Review drawings, specifications, and ensure quality standards are met
  
• 
  Mentor junior architects and support team development
  
• 
  Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
