Job Skills / Requirements

  • Develop and implement Quality Assurance procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct regular Quality Assurance inspections of cleaning services provided by the custodial staff.
  • Identify and recommend corrective actions to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
  • Track, analyze, and report data on quality control performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal team members.
  • Manage and oversee Quality Assurance projects, ensuring adherence to established quality standards and timelines.
  • Supervise and support Quality Control Inspectors/Technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure custodial staff follows best practices and established quality control protocols.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new cleaning technologies, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve quality assurance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations related to quality assurance.
  • Responsible for conducting inspections and submitting Quality Assurance Reports to the Contract Monitor or designee.
  • Must supervise the employees and accomplish inspections per the Quality Assurance Plan.

Work Schedule:
Janco offers flexible shift options based on building needs and client schedules:

  • 1st Shift (Day Shift): Typically between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift (Evening Shift): Typically between 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • 3rd Shift (Overnight Shift): Typically between 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Most janitorial positions are on 2nd or 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday.
