Position Details:
- Location: Jacksonville, FL
- Schedule: PRN (as needed), Monday through Friday
- Hours: 6:00 AM � 5:00 PM
About the Role:
As an Industrial Health Specialist, you will be actively engaged in workplace safety, injury prevention, and post-injury rehabilitation. This role supports both Prevention Solutions and Post-Injury Solutions, helping employees stay healthy, productive, and fit for duty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain workplace wellness and safety programs
- Provide job coaching, ergonomic assessments, and injury prevention strategies
- Collaborate with employees, supervisors, and UHS management to ensure effective program outcomes
- Track, analyze, and report program metrics to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Ability to perform Physical Demand Analyses (PDAs) and Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor�s degree in Athletic Training, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field
- Current licensure in your respective discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Occupational Health, Industrial Medicine, or Workers' Compensation
