Industrial Health Specialist � PRN Coverage | Jacksonville, FL

Are you passionate about promoting workplace health and preventing injuries? Join Unify Health Services (UHS) as an Industrial Health Specialist and play a key role in advancing occupational health, safety, and wellness for employees.

Position Details:

  • Location: Jacksonville, FL
  • Schedule: PRN (as needed), Monday through Friday
  • Hours: 6:00 AM � 5:00 PM

About the Role:

As an Industrial Health Specialist, you will be actively engaged in workplace safety, injury prevention, and post-injury rehabilitation. This role supports both Prevention Solutions and Post-Injury Solutions, helping employees stay healthy, productive, and fit for duty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain workplace wellness and safety programs
  • Provide job coaching, ergonomic assessments, and injury prevention strategies
  • Collaborate with employees, supervisors, and UHS management to ensure effective program outcomes
  • Track, analyze, and report program metrics to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to perform Physical Demand Analyses (PDAs) and Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor�s degree in Athletic Training, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field
  • Current licensure in your respective discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Occupational Health, Industrial Medicine, or Workers' Compensation
