- Lead the enterprise identity services function, including strategy, roadmap, governance, engineering, and operations
- Define and execute a multi-year identity program aligned to cybersecurity priorities, business growth, and platform modernization
- Oversee identity lifecycle management processes, including joiner, mover, leaver workflows, access provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access controls
- Drive modernization of identity capabilities across single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, directory services, privileged access integrations, and access certifications
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve service quality, efficiency, and support outcomes
- Partner with business leaders, HR, infrastructure, application teams, internal audit, and compliance stakeholders to ensure identity services are effective, scalable, and business-aligned
- Build and mature automation across identity workflows to reduce manual effort, improve turnaround times, and strengthen control consistency
- Establish service delivery standards, KPIs, and reporting for identity operations, access fulfillment, audit readiness, and user experience
- Lead identity-related initiatives supporting application onboarding, mergers and acquisitions, third-party access, and workforce transformation
- Serve as a senior advisor on identity risk, control design, and access governance across the enterprise
- Hire, develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing team while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Manage vendor relationships, platform performance, and budget considerations related to identity services and supporting technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and large-scale identity or security-related programs
- Deep knowledge of identity governance, access lifecycle management, authentication, federation, directory services, and privileged access concepts
- Demonstrated success designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise identity capabilities across complex environments
- Experience with leading identity-related platforms such as SailPoint, ServiceNow, Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Active Directory, Okta, Duo, CyberArk, or similar technologies
- Strong understanding of control frameworks, audit requirements, and regulatory expectations related to access governance and identity security
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams
- Experience building business cases, roadmaps, and operating models that improve both security outcomes and business value
- Strong communication, executive presence, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into practical business decisions
- Track record of leading through change, developing talent, and delivering measurable outcomes in high-visibility environments
- Base pay range: $172,100 - $266,8000
