The Ione SD is located in Morrow County, Oregon in the town of Ione. We serve a small farming community with approximately 130 students grades K-12. We are a charter school in our own school district.

JOB TITLE:                  HIGH SCHOOL HEAD BOYS BASKETBALL COACH FOR 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR

DEPARTMENT:             ATHLETICS 
CLASSIFICATION:        EXTRA-CURRICULAR

SALARY:  $5,344 for season
 
GENERAL DUTIES:
Support the School District athletic objective, policy of interscholastic athletics, and School District Athletic Code.  The District believes that extra-curricular activities are an integral part of school life.  All students, regardless of their ability, should take part if possible to be able to grow physically, intellectually, and socially through participation.  Coaches organize and conduct the athletic programs to meet the needs of the school district and their participants.
