Job Description

Request the use of PPE for personnel inside the warehouse who are not wearing it.

Key Responsibilities


• Runs shipping lists for domestic shipping and international shipping. Issues the orders, accordingly, based on customers’ requests, to ensure timely delivery to customers as measured by the missed shipment weekly report.
• Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.
• Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked.
• Compares inventories to office records or computes figures from records, such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
• Compiles information upon receipt or disbursement of material and equipment.
• Analyze and report key process metrics (eg: On Time Delivery, Ship Complete, etc.) and monitor objective adherence.
• Selects routings for freight haulers on domestic shipments or based on customers’ requests.
• Research and resolve lost and/or damaged freight.
• Assists with inventory control and prepares for physical inventories. Issues cycle counts for assigned inventory.
• Performs other related duties as required or assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


Scholarship: Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Warehouse environment

a limited area of operation.
