Your responsibilities

  • Supporting and advising staff and managers on HR-related issues within the production environment
  • Providing support throughout the employee lifecycle, particularly in recruitment, onboarding, staff support and absence management
  • Managing labour law and administrative HR matters in close coordination with relevant departments
  • Contributing to the further development of HR processes for a manufacturing site
  • Supporting HR management and acting as a stand-in for operational HR matters

 

Your profile

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in human resources, business or social sciences
  • Experience in a people-oriented role, e.g. in HR, social work or consultancy, and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people and building trusting relationships
  • A sound understanding of employment law and operational HR processes, complemented by an interest in new topics and a willingness to develop your professional skills
  • A structured and pragmatic approach to work, combined with approachability, strong communication skills and a passion for working in a production environment
  • Excellent command of German; knowledge of other languages is welcome
