School Counselor
Job Description:
The School Counselor will work alongside behavioral, special education, and other support staff to promote the academic, social, and emotional development of students in our classical program. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape the moral character of children in an environment dedicated to the pursuit of truth, goodness, and beauty.
The counselor collaborates closely with faculty, administrators, and families to develop support plans, connect students with outside services when appropriate, and promote habits of virtue, resilience, and personal responsibility. The counselor will additionally work to identify and coordinate family, school, and community resources.
Minimum Job Requirements:
• Applicants must hold or be eligible to obtain a Minnesota School Counselor license
• Ability and willingness to teach the classical trivium and sequence model as defined by the school
• The ability to speak and write clearly and effectively
• Conviction in the values of a rigorous liberal arts education

Pay range: $55 - 85k
