We are looking for an individual to provide financial and ancillary support in multiple healthcare companies. Canyon Homecare and Hospice and its sister companies are growing, entrepreneurial companies with many opportunities for learning and career growth.  This position will strengthen accounting, finance, and excel skills as well as provide an opportunity to learn operations in the healthcare industry.

This position is full-time and salaried.    Salary range:  $50,000-$55,000 plus benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Support a team of specialists who are responsible for distributing and collecting payments.


• Assist in preparing and analyzing financials statements.


• Assist with annual budgets/forecasts.


• Provide insight based on operating metrics and financials to improve operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business / accounting / finance or equivalent work experience


• Strong Excel proficiency and computer literacy


• Understanding and familiarity with financial statements


• Quickbooks experience preferred.


• Self-starter: Able to figure things out and put in the effort to learn
