WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Business Process Analyst supports and improves the company’s ERP ecosystem by analyzing business needs, translating requirements into specifications, and implementing system enhancements and upgrades. This role partners with stakeholders to drive process improvements and ERP adoption, provides Help Desk support, and assists with IT audit/compliance and documentation of policies and procedures.


  • Improve the ERP ecosystem by knowing MPP current practices and applying industry best practices to achieve business goals
  • Maintain company IT policies by writing and updating procedures
  • Support the Law 262 Audit and Compliance implementation by working with departments to resolve Segregation of Duties conflicts through process change 
  • Use established tracking system to log requests, monitor progress, track problem resolution, identify patterns of failure, research bug fixes, and implements solutions; communicates with manager regarding unresolved problems
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Examples of key duties are interpreted as being descriptive and not restrictive in nature

 

YOUR EXPERIENCES & SKILLS

 

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science or equivalent is preferred. 

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

• Superior interpersonal skills; ability to get along with diverse personalities

• Excellent planning and organization skills

• Must maintain confidentiality

• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, managers, clients, customers, and the general public

• Ability to solve practical problems by bringing together all relevant parties to build consensus 

• Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
