Job Description
We are looking for a Junior–Mid DevOps Engineer to join our internal bench team. In this role, you will focus on enabling and supporting internal development teams by building and improving CI/CD pipelines, automating processes, and ensuring secure and efficient infrastructure. Unlike project delivery roles, these positions are not client-facing, allowing you to focus on technical delivery and internal collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Build and set up development tools and infrastructure (CI/CD pipelines)
  • Automate and improve development and release processes
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
  • Ensure systems security, patching, and compliance with best practices
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, develop fixes, and perform upgrades
  • Work with developers to align infrastructure with application needs
  • Support Kubernetes deployments (Helm, Ingress) and Azure DevOps tooling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams


Requirements

  • 3–4 years of professional experience in DevOps or system administration
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
  • Strong knowledge of Linux or Windows systems administration and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Hands-on experience maintaining and deploying apps on Kubernetes
  • Practical experience with Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, TeamCity, Octopus
  • Familiarity with networking and security (firewalls, routing, DNS, TLS/SSL)
  • Patching, vulnerability management, and automation practices
  • Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g. Veracode, Qualys, Gradar)
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
  • Cloud experience (Azure required, AWS/GCP a plus)
  • Polish and English, fluent working proficiency
Nice to have
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Azure Solution Architect Expert (AZ-305)
  • Experience in regulated or financial environments
