Position Overview

As an Electrician Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing residential and commercial electrical systems throughout the Tri-State area. You will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose electrical issues and provide repair or replacement options to customers

  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical panels, circuits, wiring, outlets, lighting, and related components

  • Ensure all work meets NEC requirements and local electrical codes

  • Communicate daily with customers, dispatch, managers, inspectors, and other team members

  • Review job plans, material needs, and equipment prior to arriving at customer locations

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment at each job site

  • Keep your company vehicle clean, inside and out

  • Maintain accurate truck inventory

  • Properly complete all required paperwork and documentation

  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance

  • Participate in ongoing training to grow as a professional and stay up to date with industry standards
