You will be working with, and coordinating internal + external stakeholders, as well as the customer while focusing on an end to end successful delivery of the project. You will also be a key person to develop together with the team new IT standards, tool and solutions for the customer in the vertical and continent. You are also a go-to-expert and trainer for consultation of other projects in the continent relating IT.
How you create impact
Own E2E Delivery Accountability – Lead technical strategy from tender and pre‑sales through solution design, shaping scalable architectures, automation concepts, cost models, and risk‑aware delivery roadmaps for complex logistics environments.
Drive Flawless Execution – Be accountable for build, integration, testing, performance assurance, data readiness, and seamless cutover—ensuring stable, resilient platforms and rapid post‑go‑live stabilization.
Enable Operational Excellence – Ensure production readiness with strong runbooks, knowledge transfer, and L3 support, while proactively driving problem management across mission‑critical supply chain systems.
Scale Through Standardization & Governance – Establish reusable reference architectures, IaC/config baselines, and quality gates, while coaching global teams to deliver consistent, enterprise‑grade outcomes.
What we would like you to bring
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
Master’s degree preferred
2–5 years of IT project management experience within complex operational environments
5–10 years of experience in Contract Logistics, with exposure to fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG), Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industries
2–5 years of international experience and at least 2 years contributing to Solution Design projects
Proven leadership capability, including 1–2 years of direct or indirect people leadership and experience leading at least two complex projects while supervising and coaching cross‑functional teams
