Summary: The National Accounts Coordinator reports to the National Accounts Retail & Distributor Manager and provides administrative, marketing, and creative support to the Dermalogica National Accounts team and partnering clients.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Reporting/Administration:

  • Pull sales/ sku reports to log and analyze data
  • Maintain and distribute various reports trackers
  • Process A&P orders via Pepperi
  • Order support through JD Edwards
  • Update BC Planner, outlining in-store and promotional activity
  • Submit Invoices for payment in Concur
  • Update new item forms for new launch products and promotional skus
  • Update Order Forms (Planet Beauty)
  • Maintain Rollover Forecast Sheet
  • Work closely with the Visual Merchandising Team to update planograms and corresponding Excel sheets
  • Review and approve promotion set up forms
  • Maintain SharePoint files (BC Library)
  • Product images and files: upload into customer portal(s)or email
  • Submit and track weekly distributor transfer orders in JDE, track out of stock skus, and report to distributor partners
  • Various other administrative duties, as assigned

Creative:

  • Create/request digital and printed assets in Wrike, including event collateral, catalog ads, visual merchandising pieces, .com banners
  • Create flyers for events and training calls

Shipments:

  • Lead the execution of mass shipping initiatives including BOLD for SalonCentric, new innovation, regional events, and other shipments as needed
  • Assist with shipment builds if warehouse and other resources are not available
  • Coordinate shipments such as contest winner and training attendee gifts

Events:

  • Provide event support, including prep, shipments, communications, possible on-site support, and breakdown post-event

Qualification Requirements:

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong technical aptitude required with the ability to learn new software programs
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple accountabilities and deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently with limited direction and with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office application skills: Advanced Beginner level in Microsoft Excel, strong in Word and Outlook. Skills working within PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint a plus.
  • Good math aptitude required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Continually seeks to expand knowledge and skills through independent self-learning
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing situations
  • Adherence to punctuality/attendance dress code standards
  • Consistently meet or exceed expectations in performing own work required
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs+ on occasion

Education and Experience: High School Diploma and experience working in an administrative capacity, preferably in a sales environment, required. Experience or knowledge in the skin care industry and of Dermalogica products a plus.

The expected base hourly pay rate range is $24-$26 per hour. The exact base pay rate is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This role is eligible for participation in our company bonus plan, rewarding personal performance and company results.

This position will be based out of the corporate headquarters in Carson, CA with applicable hybrid in-office work guidelines.
