We are currently seeking a full-time Early Childhood teacher for the 2026-2027  academic year. In this role, you will play an important part in creating a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young learners. This is a wonderful opportunity for a motivated teacher to join a collaborative team and make a meaningful impact during a foundational year of learning.

Experience and Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in elementary education or a related field; advanced degree(s) preferable,

  • Teaching certification required.

  • Experience teaching phonics program (e.g., Fundations) and early literacy skills.

  • Experience working with early childhood or elementary-aged children

  • Patience, flexibility, and a sense of humor

  • A solid understanding of child development, diverse learning styles, and effective differentiation strategies 

  • Well-developed, effective classroom management skills

  • Strong organization skills

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

  • Works well in a collaborative model with other administrators, teachers,  and parents

  • Experience with integrating technology into the classroom

  • Ability to engage and inspire students, parents, and families
