(B) Line Technician Job Responsibilities




  • Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and general repair work

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and drivability concerns

  • Use manufacturer tools and service information to complete repairs

  • Accurately document work performed and findings

  • Collaborate with service advisors to ensure clear communication

  • Follow dealership and manufacturer repair standards

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development



 



(B) Line Technician Compensation and Benefits



The Mid‑Level Technician position is paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following compensation elements:




  • Hourly compensation, which varies based on experience, skill level, and performance

  • Production‑based incentive compensation, which may be earned based on individual and/or team productivity

  • Retention‑based incentive compensation, which may be earned based on hours produced



The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $33.80 to $49.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by job‑related factors such as experience, qualifications, performance, and business needs. Incentive and bonus compensation are not guaranteed and may be zero if applicable benchmarks are not met.
