At California Closets Miami, our Sales & Design Consultants work one-on-one with clients—both in their homes and in our stunning showroom—to bring dream spaces to life with custom, luxury storage solutions. This is a high-reward role with uncapped earning potential, supported by premium brand recognition and a steady flow of qualified leads.

What You'll Do:
- Meet with clients in-home and in our Miami and Broward County showroom
- Design personalized storage solutions using our proprietary 3D CAD software
- Manage your pipeline from consultation through installation
- Deliver an exceptional, white-glove client experience
- Stay organized, self-motivated, and focused on hitting goals
Who You Are:
- Proven success in sales (3 years sales experience is a must)
- Charismatic, professional, and client-focused
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn
- Must have a valid driver’s license

Please note it is a flexible schedule after training but considered a full time job. Training is paid based on experience, once training in complete it is a commission based position only.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
