Operation of equipment and programming. Employee has the responsibility and authority to control quality.

Item Description
- Operation of buffers and buffing fixtures
- Operation of sanders and grinders
- Assisting with set up and operation of all machines and tools assigned
- Must have average communication skills
- Follow instructions
- Stay up to date on training for buffers

Education / Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds repeatedly for the entire production shift. Must be able to stand, walk, and bend repeatedly during the entire production shift. Additional physical demands include: reaching and occasionally being able to lift up to 25 pounds.
