Position Summary:

We are seeking a welcoming and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and a positive experience from the moment clients walk through the door.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and Check-In Guests: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all clients.

  • Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments with efficiency and accuracy.

  • Phone & Communication: Answer calls professionally, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed information about our services.

  • Client Relations: Build relationships with clients to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits.

  • Sales & Transactions: Process payments, handle transactions, and promote products and services.

  • Maintain Reception Area: Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and inviting.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with stylists, estheticians, and management to ensure seamless service.
