We have an opportunity for a full-time Accounts Payable
Specialist to join our team. This position will be located on site at Sunrise
Landscape’s corporate headquarters in Tampa, FL, and hybrid (2 days working
from home) after the initial training period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review
  and verify invoices and check requests.
• Enter
  invoices into the accounting system (e.g., NetSuite, Ramp).
• Prepare
  and process electronic transfers and payments (ACH, wire, checks).
• Respond
  to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile
  vendor statements and ensure all invoices are accounted for.
• Maintain
  vendor files and ensure W-9 documentation is collected.
• Assist
  with month-end closing and accruals.
• Ensure
  compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High
  School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree in accounting a plus.
• 2-5
  years of experience in accounts payable
• Proficiency in accounting software and
  Microsoft Excel required (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, etc.)
• Experience
  with NetSuite ERP software preferred.
• Experience
  with Ramp or other AP automation tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of
  accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage
  competing priorities
• Good communication skills and team-oriented
  mindset
