We are hiring a Senior Marketing Operations & Campaign Manager to serve as a cornerstone of our marketing team. This person will combine strong marketing operations expertise with well-rounded B2B marketing execution. They will help us run a smarter, more disciplined go-to-market engine - not just manage systems, but understand how the business actually performs.

This is a senior individual contributor role with high visibility and high trust.

Role Overview

This role requires a strong marketing operations background, but we are intentionally hiring someone who has grown beyond pure ops into broader GTM execution.

You will:

  • Own HubSpot Marketing Hub and lifecycle governance
  • Own marketing pipeline visibility and reporting discipline
  • Lead operational planning and execution of webinars and events
  • Improve campaign performance and attribution clarity
  • This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants to operate at the intersection of data, revenue, and business strategy

Core Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Data Ownership

  • Serve as primary owner of HubSpot (Marketing Hub)
  • Govern lead lifecycle stages, MQL definitions, routing logic, and attribution standards
  • Build and maintain advanced automation workflows
  • Maintain data hygiene and reporting integrity
  • Troubleshoot issues impacting sales visibility or reporting accuracy
  • Advanced, hands-on HubSpot expertise is required

Pipeline Reporting & Business Insight

  • Own how we measure pipeline, performance, and revenue contribution across marketing and sales
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking conversion, velocity, win rates, deal size, and source performance
  • Establish standardized reporting definitions across marketing and sales
  • Present insights to leadership and recommend specific, actionable next steps
  • Identify trends and seasonality patterns in pipeline performance
  • Proactively surface risks and improvement opportunities
  • You must be comfortable presenting to stakeholders

Campaign, Webinar & Event Execution

  • Lead operational planning and execution of webinars, events, and multi-channel campaigns
  • Draft and refine email copy for event promotions, webinar invites, reminders, follow-ups, and nurture sequences
  • Ensure campaigns are properly built, tracked, and measured inside HubSpot
  • Coordinate timelines, workflows, follow-ups, and post-event reporting
  • Optimize event and webinar ROI
  • Contribute directly to tactical execution across marketing projects when bandwidth or complexity requires it

GTM Alignment & Cross-Functional Execution

  • Align marketing automation and reporting with sales workflows
  • Improve lead handoffs and feedback loops between marketing and sales
  • Support outbound segmentation and campaign coordination
  • Bring structure to cross-functional initiatives

Process Discipline & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies and fix them without being asked
  • Reduce manual work through automation and structured process design
  • Maintain documentation for lifecycle governance and reporting standards
  • Over-communicate when processes change, or issues arise
  • Bring structured thinking to ambiguous projects

Required Experience

  • 5–7+ years in B2B Marketing with a strong Marketing Operations foundation
  • Prior dedicated Marketing Operations roles required
  • Advanced hands-on HubSpot expertise (Marketing Hub)
  • Mandatory experience supporting a B2B sales-led funnel
  • Experience building dashboards and presenting insights to stakeholders
  • Experience executing webinars, events, or multi-channel B2B campaigns
  • Professional fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Overlap with US Eastern business hours

Preferred

  • Experience in consulting, advisory, or professional services environments
  • Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or technology services

The Type of Person Who Thrives Here

  • Highly articulate communicator
  • Critical thinker who challenges assumptions
  • Comfortable presenting to leadership and partners
  • Proactive and accountable
  • Detail-oriented without losing business context
  • Organized and structured in a fast-moving environment.
  • Fixes problems instead of escalating them.
  • If you bring discipline, ownership, and energy to your work, you will thrive in this role.
