Position Responsibilities:

  •   Assist Dietitian in conducting nutrition groups and reviewing daily food journals to assess patients’ nutritional intake throughout treatment; 
  • Work with vendors to facilitate ordering patient meals;
  • Keep track food inventory and completing meal set up; 
  • Assist with nutritional assessments and establish individual food plans as needed to initiate patients into appropriate eating patterns and making proper menu choices;
  • Participate in weekly rounds and mini teams as needed. 

Requirements

Education, Competencies and Credentials:

  

  • Registered Dietetic Technician or RD eligible is required
  • Experience working with patients with eating disorders preferred
  • Appropriate education based on credentials - Associates degree minimum. 

 Hours:  Monday-Friday 40 hours a week and some evening hours.
