Job Description

Your role

  • Procurement & Sourcing: Source and procure materials and services based on Bill of Materials (BOM) and project needs.
  • PO & Invoice Management: Create, issue, and manage purchase orders and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.
  • Delivery Coordination: Track and expedite deliveries to meet project deadlines.
  • Inventory Oversight: Manage stock levels and vendor lead times, including Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
  • Supplier Engagement: Support supplier consolidation and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Change Support: Assist with system/process changes and deliver training in alignment with Train-the-Trainer models.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor KPIs, report on procurement activities, and track supplier performance.

What you’ll need

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in procurement or supply chain; data center experience is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and contract interpretation.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communicator, negotiator, and problem-solver; organized and adaptable.
  • Languages: Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written).
