Service Delivery Manager
- ITIL understanding, certificate would be great
- ITSM experience, ideally w/ServiceNow platform!
- Some technical background helpful (compute, network, storage) or service desk experience
- Customer/client communication is key aspect of the role so experience dealing with customers is needed
SDM would be part of daily internal stand up with our engineers (reviewing open tickets, problem management, on the go projects status, etc), and they would lead regular operations review meetings w/customers (some are daily some are weekly some 3 days per week, depends on client)
