Job Description

Description

Currently hiring a Groundkeeper for our apartment community, Trombley Lodge.  


Duties:

  • Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
  • Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
  • Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
  • Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
  • Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of onsite experience
  • Should have knowledge of painting
  • Basic makeready skills
  • Knowledge of how to make keys and rekey units
  • Knowledge of appliances
  • Able to frequently stand; walk for extended periods of time; push, pull, lift, carry or maneuver of up to 40 pounds independently and 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed, on weekends as needed.

Requirements

  

Requirements: Have experience in high rise buildings, reliable, takes pride in their work. willing to help with work orders and make readies too. Must clean interior and exterior of the building. They must be willing to do trash outs and have their own personal transportation.
