Recruiting Coordinator (Contract-to-Hire)

Position Type: Contract/Contract-to-Hire
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days/week in-office)
Department: Talent Acquisition
Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team along with some shared HR duties. This will be a 90-day contract-to-hire position, with the strong potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

This role is critical in ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience while maintaining efficient recruiting operations behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and pre-screen qualified candidates

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

  • Manage scheduling across multiple calendars and time zones

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records

  • Post job openings across job boards and internal platforms

  • Assist with candidate communications and follow-ups

  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation

  • Track recruiting metrics and generate weekly reports

  • Support background check and pre-employment processes

  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information

  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team

Qualifications

  • 1�3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or administrative support

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience working with various applicant tracking systems and coordinating ATS/HRIS projects

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suites

  • Professional, polished, and candidate-focused demeanor

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in corporate recruiting environment

  • Familiarity with HR documentation and HRIS

  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive communication style
