Job Description

Job Summary:

The Store Manager oversees the daily operation of an XPEL installation facility.

 

Core Duties

  • Oversee daily operation of the Installation facility including full P&L responsibility
  • Manage and develop team of installers
  • Acquire, retain and manage product sales with Independent Installers and Dealerships
  • Meet or exceed both revenue and gross profit objectives outlined by management, while maintaining competitive pricing in the marketplace
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service
  • Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product; introducing new products
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Perform individual market analyses within the territory to develop new customer and conquest strategies
  • Follow up on sales leads
  • Help customers through email, phone, and in person meetings
  • Responsible for working with the sales administration team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships


Basic Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience of 5 years
  • Minimum 3 years professional sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
