Spokane R-VII School District has an opening for a school nurse position at Highlandville Elementary School. Applicant must be an LPN or RN licensed in the state of Missouri. Pediatric experience preferred but not mandatory. Applicant must possess strong skills in health promotion, assessment, decision-making and child advocacy. Duties include, but are not limited to, monitoring immunization status of students, performing vision/hearing and other screenings, administration of medications, treatment of minor health problems as well as managing the care of students with chronic health problems and coordinating health fairs and wellness events in conjunction with our nurse coordinator for students and staff.
