What You�ll Do

• Examine damaged vehicles to determine required repairs, replacements, and repainting.

• Perform damage assessments through detailed inspections.

• Estimate the cost of labor and parts to complete repairs.

• Prepare and process insurance forms with repair cost estimates.

• Clearly communicate findings and costs to customers in a professional, reassuring manner.

• Draft and enter repair work orders into CollisionRight�s system.

• Keep accurate, organized records of all repairs and estimates.

What We�re Looking For

• Experience: 1�3 years in collision repair or estimating required.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of repair techniques, materials, and vehicle structure (including removal/replacement of damaged components).

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with customers and insurers.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

  • Physical ability to perform inspections (stooping, kneeling, occasional lifting up to 70 lbs).

• Mindset: A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
