As an Operations Manager within OSL, you will play a leading role optimizing end‑to‑end operations, strengthening cross-functional alignment, and elevating service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced retail and direct sales environment. In this role, you play a critical part in ensuring the organization’s operational backbone remains strong, efficient, and scalable, directly influencing productivity, profitability, service quality, and the company’s ability to achieve aggressive growth targets. This role operates through working with cross-functional team members to identify, analyze, optimize and document our functional processes to achieve more efficient operations and greater scalability.
CONTRACT: 18-MONTHS
Key Role Responsibilities:
Operational Process Design Excellence
- Drive process modernization, standardization, and automation to improve efficiency, quality, accuracy, and scalability across operations.
- Document and communicate new processes or updates to impacted stakeholders.
- Work with internal partners to document and develop supporting process documentation for their departments.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner closely with Finance, HR, IT, LP, Marcom and other corporate stakeholders to streamline workflows, resolve operational barriers, and deliver integrated solutions.
- Build strong relationships with field and corporate teams to ensure Operations is a proactive, solution‑oriented business partner.
- Establish effective communication channels and feedback loops across operational and corporate functions.
Process Improvement & Technology Enablement
- Partner with IT and business systems teams to evaluate, implement, and optimize operational technologies (e.g., ERP platforms, workflow automation tools).
- Drive user adoption, training, and change management for new systems and digital tools.
- Identify automation opportunities that reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and enhance scalability.
Project & Change Management
- Lead or support enterprise initiatives, transformation programs, and operational change efforts.
- Apply structured change management practices to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies through audits and governance practices.
What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within retail, direct sales, or similarly fast‑paced environments.
- Proven success leading teams, managing complex operational portfolios, and driving measurable business results.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience leveraging data to influence strategy and outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecast performance, and improve profitability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional partners and senior leaders.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), workflow automation tools, project management platforms, and operational analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or certifications (PMP, Lean Six Sigma) are assets.
