We Are Looking For 

The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and alignment with their business goals. This role demands a combination of account management, sales acumen, and strategic thinking to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction across high-value accounts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of client needs, industry trends, and how to deliver tailored solutions that drive success.


What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts, fostering trust and long-term relationships 
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and needs, delivering customized solutions 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, services, and solutions that exceed client expectations 
  • Develop and execute account plans, identifying key opportunities for growth and expansion within each strategic account 
  • Monitor account performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize results 
  • Oversee contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring agreements are aligned with client goals and company policies 
  • Address and resolve any client issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and service excellence 
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide clients with valuable strategic insights 
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess progress, identify new opportunities, and drive mutual value 
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities, ensuring that all interactions, opportunities, and outcomes are well-documented in CRM systems 
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and ensure alignment between client needs and company offerings 
  • Stay up to date with industry changes, new technologies, and best practices to provide ongoing value to clients 


What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field 
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing strategic accounts 
  • Experience in B2B sales or enterprise account management is highly preferred 
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills, with the ability to develop deep, long-term client relationships 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Ability to identify business opportunities, analyze client needs, and provide effective solutions 
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills 
  • Experience in using CRM software and other account management tools 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset 
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in account management > 


Special Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required. 
  • ITAR requirement
  • 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
