In this role, you’ll take ownership of commercial plumbing projects from concept to completion—balancing hands-on technical insight with strong leadership and sharp estimating skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in precision, performance, and people, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple commercial plumbing projects
  • Supervise, schedule, and mentor field crews and subcontractors
  • Prepare accurate, competitive bids for new construction and renovation work
  • Interpret blueprints and specifications to define scope, materials, and timelines
  • Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company expectations
  • Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and clients to keep projects moving smoothly
  • Track budgets, timelines, and progress to deliver projects on time and on point
  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and boiler systems
  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical challenges with confidence and expertise
  • Manage materials, equipment, and inventory to keep operations running efficiently

What You Bring

  • Valid General Contractor License (Boiler License) or Mechanical Contractor (HT)
  • Proven experience estimating and bidding commercial plumbing projects
  • Strong working knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • At least 5 years of commercial plumbing experience
