Job Summary
We’re looking for a seasoned Commercial Plumbing Manager who knows how to lead from the front and deliver results. In this role, you’ll take ownership of commercial plumbing projects from concept to completion—balancing hands-on technical insight with strong leadership and sharp estimating skills. What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple commercial plumbing projects
- Supervise, schedule, and mentor field crews and subcontractors
- Prepare accurate, competitive bids for new construction and renovation work
- Interpret blueprints and specifications to define scope, materials, and timelines
- Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company expectations
- Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and clients to keep projects moving smoothly
- Track budgets, timelines, and progress to deliver projects on time and on point
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and boiler systems
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical challenges with confidence and expertise
- Manage materials, equipment, and inventory to keep operations running efficiently
What You Bring
- Valid General Contractor License (Boiler License) or Mechanical Contractor (HT)
- Proven experience estimating and bidding commercial plumbing projects
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- At least 5 years of commercial plumbing experience
