What You’ll Do
- Lead the daily operations of a residential home with a focus on person-centered care
- Supervise, coach, and develop Assistant Managers and Direct Support Professionals
- Ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations
- Oversee staffing schedules, coverage, and on-call responsibilities
- Support individuals’ health, safety, growth, and community inclusion
- Manage household budgets, personal funds, and financial records
- Coordinate with families, guardians, nurses, clinicians, and external providers
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-run home environment
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma with 3–5 years of management/direct care experience or bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience supporting individuals with I/DD
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
- Valid Connecticut driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends as needed
- Willingness to obtain/maintain required certifications (CPR, First Aid, PMT, Medication Administration, etc.)
