As a Payroll Supervisor, you will responable our all payroll system at SCT plant
Your Contribution:
- Reviewand evaluation of employee attendance
- Receiving and registering disability claims from the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS).
- Administration, data entry, and execution of the payroll process in SAP system
- Preparation of payroll cover sheets and filing of backup folders.
- Assisting employees with payroll process clarifications.
- Preparation of weekly absenteeism reports.
- Monitoring employee absenteeism.
- Preparation of monthly payroll reports.
- Data entry for updating information kiosks.
- Administration and payment of child support payments.
- Analysis, evaluation, and authorization of savings fund loans.
Your Experience & Qualifications:
- 5 experience in the payroll process
- Knowledge of the SAP system
- Excel domain
