We are looking for an Oracle HCM Redwood Consultant with strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and Redwood UX to support the design, implementation, and customization of modern user experiences across HR modules. The role involves working with HR stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to implement Redwood-based interfaces and improve employee and manager self-service experiences.

The role involves working with HR stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to implement Redwood-based interfaces and improve employee and manager self-service experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, and Absence.
- Support the migration and adoption of Redwood UX across HCM self-service and admin pages.
- Develop and customize solutions using Visual Builder Studio (VBS/VBCS) and Redwood UI components.
- Configure Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI reports based on business requirements.
- Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Work with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within HCM Cloud.
- Conduct unit testing, SIT, and UAT and support production deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HCM modules and Redwood UI.
- Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and end-user support for Redwood features.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
- Hands-on knowledge of Redwood UX / Redwood UI
- Experience with Visual Builder Studio (VBS / VBCS)
- Expertise in HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI
- Knowledge of Fast Formulas
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud
Understanding of HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence)
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Demonstrated techno-functional experience in:
- Hands-on knowledge of Redwood UX / Redwood UI
- Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting Cloud, and Position Management
- Experience with Visual Builder Studio (VBS / VBCS)
- HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas
- OTBI/BIP Reports, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- OIC or equivalent integration platforms
- Healthcare-specific experience in areas such as:
- Compliance-driven hiring (HIPAA, Joint Commission)
- Complex scheduling and payroll cycles (e.g., multiple shifts, night differentials)
- Tracking of licensure, certifications, and credentials
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Redwood migration projects
- Knowledge of Oracle Journeys and Self-Service features
- Experience in data conversions and integrations
- Understanding of healthcare regulatory and workforce compliance (ACA, FMLA, OSHA)
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, or hybrid implementation frameworks
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certifications (Recruiting, Payroll, or Talent) [Good to have]
