Northern Lights Rehab & Long-Term Care is seeking a skilled and dependable Respiratory Therapist to join our clinical team. We care for both short-term rehab and long-term residents and are looking for someone who can provide consistent, high-quality respiratory support.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments per provider orders

• Perform assessments and update care plans as needed

• Manage oxygen therapy, nebulizers, trach care, suctioning, and chest physiotherapy

• Respond to respiratory concerns and support the nursing team

• Document all care accurately and communicate effectively with the team

Qualifications

• Active North Dakota RT license (CRT or RRT)

• Prior SNF/LTC experience helpful but not required

• Strong assessment skills, professionalism, and reliability

• Ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team

Compensation

$35.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience.
