Join Our Finance Team as an Intern in OtC Department
As part of the OtC Team, you will support the automation of bonus and account receivables/cash management processes using tools such as VBA, Excel macros, and RPA. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to process optimization and digital transformation initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic finance environment.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Systems & Data: Perform diverse accounting activities for different countries using various system like ORACLE ERP, RMS, HYBRIS, MAGIC and maintain/convert databases using Excel.


• Process Improvement: Contribute to projects focused on eliminating  waste and inefficiencies by applying Lean methodologies and tools (e.g., process standardization, root cause analysis, continuous improvement initiatives)..


• Collaboration: Actively support the team in daily meetings and maintain professional communication with international stakeholders. 


• Development: Gain knowledge about our organization, culture, and build your business acumen through clerical and administrative support.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience:

• Education: Final-year student or recent graduate (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields).


• Languages: Fluency in English (min. B2 level) is required.


• Tech Savvy: Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel). Interest in VBA/RPA/AI is a plus for automation-related tasks.


• Mindset: A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude, high ownership of tasks, and strong analytical skills.


• Basics: An understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
